• Q:What Operating systems and internet browsers does the Web-Map support?
• A:The Web-Map has been tested and reported working on Windows 2000/XP/Vista, MAC, and Linux. Regardless of the Operating System, Firefox Internet browser is highly recommended to access full functionality of the Web-Map.
  Additionally, there are reported issues when using IE8.


• Q:When doing a search on a Property sometimes the Parcel will not highlight?
• A:Click the "Reload" Layer button.


• Q:After doing a search and finding my Property, my Print-out does not give me a Parcel Report?
• A:Searching and Selecting are two different functions. After searching and locating your property you will still need to select the property to get a Parcel Report on your printout.


• Q:I have 2 Parcels selected and when I print there is no Parcel Report Information?
• A:This is by design: The Parcel Report is designed for 1 parcel at a time.
